Last 25 years of my research work, have been devoted working out the methods of forecasting the natural disasters, and also prevention of aircrafts .
In a result, there are two studies that have been proved in 1995-2009 and which are mentioned below (that work was not patented yet):
1.«The short-term forecast of earthquakes and others natural catastrophes: - theory and practical application which have been presented in 2007-2009 on a website of the Belgian delegation of the International Academy of ecological sciences and safety of living (BO МАНЭБ) - www.cataclism.info
During 1995-2009 by this method have been calculated more than 30 000 earthquakes, tsunami, typhoons, volcanoes …, and this events have been proved beforehand The results have been published in the scientific and open press: articles in the academic magazines «Bulletin МАНЭБ», books: “Earthquakes and other natural disasters short-term prediction” in English and Russian languages.
2. The prevention of air crafts.
As a result of the big scientific and statistical research material (about 1000 air crashes and earthquakes) dependence of safety of flight of planes on a resonant electromagnetic field in region, over the centre of the future earthquake is received. Having the calculated places and time of the future earthquakes, it is possible having modified “corridor” of flight of the plane, to prevent about 70 % of the future air crashes. Practical application of these two opening can promote safety of a life of millions people.
According to that I have decided to address to you with the offer - to rescue the USA (and not only, but alsAo all countries of the world) from all possible natural accidents: earthquakes, typhoons, hurricanes, a tsunami, flooding …, and also – «prevention of air crashes», for the millennium forward, considering that we develop a technique of “scientific forecasting» these natural accidents in territory of all planet, for unlimited time forward, and you - «methods of prevention of natural accidents».
In the newspaper «Voice of Armenia» (02.07.2009) was published en article « IS TI POSSIBLE PREVENT IN ADVANCE AIR CRASHES?», which includes the calculating table of some earthquakes, possible air crashes and other cataclysms on a planet (for two years – 2007), dependence of electromagnetic fields in the given region which could occur in July 2009. I’ll attach article from the newspaper «Voice of Armenia» in Russian, but already with «the comparative table».

“The scientist has found out that the majority of all events in the world during last 10 years of air crashes are connected with earthquakes. As an example of such connection it results recent destruction of liner A-330 over Atlantic. The scientist has found out that before accident the plane flew by over a zone of a seismic centre during resonant interaction of electromagnetic fields, as has led to refusal of electro-devices onboard.
In it Melik-Elchjan sees a cause of accident. And in general, having studied about 1000 air crashes which have occurred during the period with 1999 for 2009, the scientist has come to a conclusion that his methods allows to avoid almost 70 % of the future air crashes”

During 1995-2009 I have calculated: a place, time and power more than 30 000 natural cataclysms which were regularly published in the scientific special and open press (including in the USA), and also in the Internet on websites: www.zemlprognoz.narod.ru - 2003. and www.cataclism.info - in which the calculated forecasts of natural accidents for a planet in 2007-2012 are given. In “archive” of these websites there are «comparative tables …» the published forecasts for this period of time. In a website www.cataclism.info all tables are placed in November 2007г. These tables allow to judge the done work.

In 07.06. 2005 I have warned the Government of the USA about all typhoons: «Catrin», “Rita” and others, which have brought so much troubles to American people, I have sent the letter to the Ambassador of the USA in Armenia, in Presidential Administration of the USA, to Larry King and also has personally passed the list of the future accidents in the USA for July-October 2005 to a consul of Embassy of the USA in Armenia.
Now all calculations are made by me “manually” as circumstances have forced me to move to Belgium and there is no good conditions for work, but I think, that I have a time to give to people calculations of the future natural accidents on some of years forward.
It is possible to create the computer program and we could receive parameters: places, time and force of the future natural accidents on a planet, for the millennium forward that will allow to warn mankind about future accidents and by that to save lives of people today and in the future.
Absolute accuracy of calculations: time (day, hour), places (coordinate widths and longitudes), and forces (magnitude), can be received on any seismic station of the world, by means of a technique have presented on www.cataclism.info, and also at teamwork with seism services of the countries of the world.
